I was peering over a friend’s shoulder, jostling for a go at their crossword, when I realised I should become a translator: finding just the right word was so satisfying.

​

I went on to study Audiovisual Translation at Roehampton University, completing my MA (Distinction) in 2009, and ever since then I’ve enjoyed grappling with language on a daily basis.

​

I translate and subtitle from French to English, but also have extensive experience in Closed Captioning, Audio Description and Dubbing Adaptation.

​

• Proficient with Swift and EZTitles, and can deliver subtitles in all major formats
